1pk(5/16 oz) yeast or 2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2cUnbleached flour *
1/2cBread flour *
1tbCinnamon
2tbSugar
1tbButter
1tsSalt
1tbDry Milk
7/8cWater
1tbGluten (optional)
GLAZE
1/2cPowdered sugar
2tsMilk

* Can use 2 c. bread flour instead of these amounts.

Put in B/M in the order that your manufacturer suggests. Use a "light" crust setting and push "start". Make the glaze by blending the powdered sugar and milk. Glaze the warm bread. This is very good as a dessert bread.

Note: To make it MORE cinnamon roll-like, add the cinnamon during the final knead, being careful not to punch the dough down in the process.
